Vygeboom Renovation
This treasured family home had witnessed generations of memories, but time had left its mark. Our mission was to honour its heritage while bringing it into the modern era. We stripped back the layers accumulated over decades, revealing the home’s original architectural character and craftsmanship. The architects thoughtfully blending the preserved historic elements with contemporary design, this created a seamless dialogue between old and new. The result is a home that celebrates its past while embracing the present—a structure renewed, revitalized, and ready to nurture the next generation of family stories.
Commmecial

We constructed a modern multi-storey commercial building featuring a robust concrete skeleton structure, expertly clad and enclosed with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). The result is a versatile, energy-efficient shell ready for tenant fit-outs, providing the client with a turnkey foundation for their commercial property investment.

Renovation Claremont
This charming “old lady” had been left untouched for decades, her potential buried beneath years of neglect. We stripped her back to the bare bones—removing everything down to the brick to reveal what we had to work with. The challenge wasn’t just modernizing; it was reimagining what was possible within a modest footprint while adding necessary space without creating a disjointed, Frankenstein-like addition. Through thoughtful design and careful architectural planning, we seamlessly integrated the new extension with the original structure, ensuring every addition felt intentional and cohesive. The result is a completely modernized home that flows beautifully, maximizes every square meter, and looks like it was always meant to be this way.

Camps Bay New Build
Nestled in the heart of Camps Bay with sweeping ocean views stretching to the horizon and the majestic Twelve Apostles rising behind, this site demanded something extraordinary. We demolished the original home to make way for an architectural statement: an 8-bedroom luxury villa designed by the acclaimed Archilab Architects. This wasn’t just construction—it was the realization of a signature design that maximizes one of Cape Town’s most enviable locations. Every angle captures either the sparkling Atlantic or the dramatic mountain backdrop, creating a residence where world-class architecture meets unparalleled natural beauty.

New Build Durbanville
This beautiful 4-bedroom new build in a prestigious Durbanville estate showcases thoughtful design and gracious living. The home’s distinctive H-shaped layout creates natural separation and flow—bedrooms occupy one private wing while the living room, kitchen, and scullery anchor the opposite wing. The heart of the home is the spectacular exposed living room, where soaring ceilings create dramatic height and volume, flooding the space with light and creating an immediate sense of openness. Every detail was chosen to infuse the home with warmth and beauty, resulting in a residence that feels both contemporary and inviting—a perfect family sanctuary in one of Durbanville’s most sought-after estates.

Welgadacht estate
Set within an exclusive upmarket estate, this residence was designed to make an impression. This is architecture as art—a home built not just for living, but for looking. The architects’ vision came alive through our precise execution: sharp lines that command attention, crisp edges that define spaces with clarity, and a modern aesthetic that speaks to prestige and sophistication. Every angle, every junction, every detail was crafted to perfection, resulting in a home that stands as a testament to contemporary design excellence. Bold, unapologetic, and undeniably striking.
